Caramelized Banana Overnight Oats!! 🍌
A great way to start your day if you ask me. Hot take: I don’t LOVE oatmeal, but I do really enjoy overnight oats, and I’m starting to incorporate them more into my life

Instructions
Step 1
Mix oats, non-dairy milk, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seed meal, and maple syrup together in a jar, and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2
In the morning, slice up a banana and heat up 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side (try not to burn like I did, oops). Add to your oats and top with cinnamon and coconut!
