Step 1
In a skillet, add a teaspoon of olive oil and stir the grated baby marrow over medium heat until tender, remove the pan from the heat and leave it to cool.
Step 2
Whisk well the yogurt with tahini, mashed garlic and salt.
Step 3
Add the mixture to the zucchini and mix well, garnish with mint leaves and olive oil and serve with toasted pita bread
