Instructions

Step 1
roast pumpkin and chicken at 200 degrees for 20 mins
Step 2
chill pumpkin and chicken
Step 3
add spinach, arugula, carrot, tomato and beetroot to a bowl
Step 4
add salad dressing and massage into vegetables
