Instructions
Step 1
Put 4 eggs in a bowl and add 2 pinches of salt. Mix well.
Step 2
Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, pour in the egg mixture, and make scrambled eggs. Once done, place them in a plate to cool.
Step 3
Dice half a can of Spam into small cubes. Cook in a preheated pan over medium-high heat for a few minutes. Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
Step 4
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp water to the cooked Spam. Cook until glazed, then cool on a plate.
Step 5
Combine 2 bowls of rice, scrambled eggs, Spam, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a large bowl. Mix well.
Step 6
Shape the mixture into round rice balls with your hands.
Step 7
Optionally, mix in finely chopped or crushed roasted gim (seaweed) for added flavor.
Step 8
