Instructions
Step 1
Start off by seasoning the chicken with the Very Noicee All purpose seasoning ( can be found at www.chefchosenstores.com)
Step 2
Over medium high heat in a large skillet, add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan
Step 3
Once the oil is hot add the chicken & sear on both sides , cooking it like 85% percent through
Step 4
Remove the chicken & set aside. Add some more oil to the pan. Add your broccoli & fry then until they’ve charred.
Step 5
Season with salt & pepper. Add the butter followed by the garlic and ginger
Step 6
Sauté until fragrant before adding the ingredients listed below

Step 7
Add the chicken to the sauce , allow it to simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Step 8
Serve with white rice or whatever your choose to! Enjoy!
