Instructions

Step 1
Cook steak in sous vide to medium. Sear in the large frying pan after corn.
Step 2
Add butter to large frying pan and cook frozen corn 5-7 mins. Toss together corn, tomatoes, onion, and basil in a large bowl.
Step 3
Whisk together oil, lime juice, garlic and red pepper. Pour over corn mixture. Add the chopped steak. Season with salt and pepper. Gently stir in avocado.
