Instructions
Step 1
Do veľkého kastróla dáme zovrieť vodu a navrch položíme parák. Naukladáme brokolicové a karfiolové ružičky, špargľu a štvrtinky červenej cibule.
Step 2
Zeleninu pokvapkáme litkovou šťavou a paríme 10 minút alebo kým zelenina nezmäkne.
Step 3
Na malej teflónovej panvici rozohrejeme olej, pridáme cesnak, čili korenie, posolíme a pokoreníme a mierne pražíme 2=3 minúty, kým cesnak nezmäkne.
Step 4
Panvicu odstavíme z ohňa, pridáme pastu tahini a jogurt. Panvicu vrátime na oheň a pomalzý miešame 1-2 minúty, aby to nezovrelo. Pridáme pažítku.
Step 5
Zeleninu vyberieme z paráka a rozložíme na ohriatu misu. Posypeme sezamovými semienkami a ozdobíme nakrájanou pažítkou. Podávame s dipom.
