Ingredients
12 servings

2 poundsground beef chuck

1 poundbulk italian sausage

3 x 15 ouncechili beans
cars, drained
1 x 15 ouncecan chili beans in spicy

2 x 28 ouncecans diced tomatoes

1 x 6 ouncecan tomato paste

1yellow onion
large, chopped

2green chile peppers
or jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

2 tablespoonbacon bits

5cubes beef bouillon

2 cupbeer

¼ cupchili powder

2 tablespoonworcestershire sauce

2 tablespoonminced garlic

2 tablespoondried oregano

3 teaspoonsground cumin

4 tspTabasco

2 teaspoondried basil

2 teaspoonsalt

2 tspblack pepper

1 teaspooncayenne pepper

2 teaspoonpaprika

2 teaspoonwhite sugar

1 x 10.5 ouncecorn chips
bag, such as Fritos

1 x 16 ounceshredded cheddar cheese
package

16 ozsour cream
Instructions
Step 1
Heat all ingredients in large crock pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Crumble the beef and sausage in a hot pan and cook till evenly browned. Drain off excess grease.
Step 3
Pour into crock pot chili beans, spicey chili beans, diced tomato, tomato paste.
Step 4
Add diced onion, chili pepper, bacon bits, bullion and beer.
Step 5
Season with chili powder, worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, cumin, hot pepper sauce, basil, salt, pepper, cayenne, paprika, sugar.
Step 6
Stir to blend together and let simmer, stirring occasionaly for 2-3 hours.
