2 cupsalmond flour

7 ouncesdry curd

1 teaspoonbaking soda

¼ teaspoonsalt

½ teaspooncoarse black pepper

½ cupgrated cheddar cheese

3eggs

3 tablespoonsbutter
melted

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 F
Step 2
Grease a 9- by 13-inch(23- by 33-cm) baking dish.
Step 3
To make the bread, mix together the bread ingredients in a food processor until well blended.
Step 4
Remove from the blender and spread out in the greased baking dish.
Step 5
To make the topping, combine the topping ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle the topping on the bread.
Step 6
Place in the oven and bake until the edges brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 7
Allow to cool and then cut into sandwich squares.
