Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Chop brussel spouts into quarters- these pieces should be small. Add to cast iron pan on medium heat. Drizzle brussel sprouts in olive oil. Dice parsnips, leek, and garlic into small pieces. Add to pan with brussel sprouts and olive oil. Dice onion and shallots and add to pan after brussel sprouts, parsnips, leek, and garlic have begun to cook down. Let sizzling until all veggies are cooked down but are NOT browned. Transfer veggies onto ungreased basking sheet. Drizzle in olive oil and balsamic. Lightly salt and pepper. Place in preheated oven and let sit until brussel sprouts are brown and crispy (about 10 minutes depending on how cooked down they are). Once all veggies are browned and cooked, transfer to serving bowl and enjoy!
