0.5avocado
1tomato
1clove garlic
¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper

1 Tbsplemon juice

Instructions
Grilled Vegetables
Step 1
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and lay it on a baking tray
Step 2
Drizzle the vegetables with the olive oil and add the spices Mix everything well
Step 3
Roast the vegetables in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 min
Guacamole
Step 4
Cut the avocado in half and place one half in a plate and mash with a fork
Step 5
Chop the garlic and cut the tomato into small pieces
Mix everything with the avocado
Step 6
Add the spices, the olive oil and the lemon juice and mix until everything is well combined
Bagel
Step 7
Slice the bagel and toast until golden brown
Then spread with hummus
Step 8
Chop the cashews and add to the humus
Lay on the salad leafe

Add the grilled vegetables
