Instructions
Step 1
pour water and sugar into bowl and disolve yeast, 3 - 5 minutes until bubbly

add flour and salt, mix and kneed about 10 minutes

Divide the dough in half, cover and let rest about 10 minutes
Step 4
work the dough into an oval and then roll iwht a rolling pin for extra thin crust. if dough starts to shrink let rest 5 minutes and try again.
Prepare pans

Pre-heat oven to 450 with pizza stone or upside down baking sheet.
Step 6
When the dough is ready, dust the pan/stone with corn meal and place the thin crust on top
Step 7
Bake crust about 7 minutes and remove from oven.
Assemble Pizza

rub olive oil on the crust before adding sauce and ingredients. Layer sauce and ingredients and then bake another 10 minutes or until pizza reaches desired doneness
