2 poundsirloin tip roast
fat trimmed and sliced
4cloves garlic

1 cupyellow onion
small, diced
14.5 ozcan diced tomatoes
undrained
1 tablespoonitalian seasoning
1 teaspoonsalt
½ teaspooncrushed red pepper
2green bell peppers
chopped
2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoonpepper
egg noodles
parmesan cheese
1 lbbacon
Instructions
To Freeze and Cook Later
Step 1
1. Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by” date (3 months from when you prepped the meal).
Step 2
2. Add all ingredients to your freezer bag. *Freeze green peppers separately and add last 30 minutes of cooking if you prefer al dente vegetables.
Step 3
3. Remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze for up to three months.
To Cook
Step 4
1. Thaw freezer meal overnight in refrigerator or in morning in water.
Step 5
2. Add contents of freezer bag to crockpot.
Step 6
3. Cook on “low” setting for 4 hours in a 6-quart crockpot
Step 7
Serve over egg noodles and serve with Parmesan cheese
Step 8
Cook bacon and add at the end
