Step 1

Cut up the sweet cheese into small pieces
Step 2

Add 2 tbsp of ghee to an oven safe pan
Step 3

Add red food dye to the pan
Step 4

Brush the food dye and ghee mixture all over the pan
Step 5

Put your phyllo dough in a bowl and cut it up and add 2 tbsp of ghee and mix
Step 6

Layer half of the shredded phyllo onto the pan with the red food dye and ghee mixture
Step 7

Add the sweet cheese to the layer
Step 8

Next layer the other half of the shredded phyllo dough on top of the cheese
Step 9

Put it in the oven for 10 minutes and then flip the pan over
Step 10

Add the sugar syrup on top
Step 11

Top with crushed pistachios
