Instructions
Step 1
Roast poblano peppers and place them in a plastic bag. Take the skin and the seeds out. Boil the tomatillos, serrano peppers (remember you can add less if you do not want your sauce spicy), half the onion and garlic until the tomatillos change color and are soft.
Step 2
Add half the roasted poblanos, the boiled ingredients, salt, pepper, chicken bullion, sour cream and cream cheese to a blender to make the sauce.
Step 3
Sauté the other half onion in a tbsp. of oil and add the sauce. Let it simmer while you fry the tortillas.
Step 4
Fry the tortillas in the cup of oil and add to the sauce when ready to eat
Step 5
plate and add the cheese of your preference, add sliced poblanos on top. Enjoy with some eggs, refried beans or simply all by themselves. You can also use this sauce to make delicious Enchiladas Poblanas <3 and remember The Secret Ingredient is Love.
