Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, melt some butter then add your sliced leek.
Step 2
Cover with a lid and cook for about 10 mins or until the leek becomes soft.
Step 3
Add your cream, milk and diced cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
Step 4
Blend everything in a blender and put the cream back into the pan.
Step 5
Boil your pasta until al dente, then add it to your sauce, adding a drop of pasta water to make it sexy!
Step 6
Serve with some ground pepper and grated Parmigiano on top. Buon appetito!
