Step 1
Cut the top of your garlic, drizzle with olive oil and salt, wrap it aluminium foil and cook in the airfryer for 15 mins (190C/375F) or in the oven for 30 mins (180C/360F).

Step 2
In a blender, add your cooked garlic, pre cooked beetroot, feta, cream cheese, salt, pepper and heavy cream. Mix everything for a minute or until smooth.
