Instructions

Step 1
1. Cook your pasta according to box instructions in salted boiling water (add about 3 tbsp salt to your water.) Remove 2 minutes before allocated cooking time. Add pasta back to the pot and coat in olive oil to avoid pasta sticking together and set aside allow to come to room temperature.
Step 2
2. Blend the herbs, black pepper, honey, olive oil and water first in a blender until well combined. Add the feta to the mixture and and blend until it forms a smooth consistency. Add more water if the mixture is too thick.Taste for seasoning and add sauce to pasta stirring with a spatula to make sure pasta is well coated with the sauce.
Step 3
3. Serve pasta at room temperature on a serving platter and Enjoy!

*if substituting chives for scallions use ½ cup
