Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Blend together the rucola, grated parmesan, pecan nuts, garlic clove (we put 2 but 1 is enough), olive oil and salt and pepper.
Step 3
When the pasta are cooked, add 4 tbsp of pesto, 1/4 cup of pasta water and some grated parmesan, then stir.
Step 4
It's ready, you can top with pecan nuts and parmesan to taste. Bon appétit !
