Instructions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside (be sure to keep some of the cooking water).
Step 2
Put the ingredients for the pesto in the blender and blend them.
Step 3
In a pan, stir in the spaghetti, pesto and pasta cooking water over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Turn off the heat and add the parmesan cheese, then stir until it is incorporated.
Step 5
It's ready ! salt and pepper to taste and serve with some more parmesan if desired. Bon appétit !
