Step 1
Prep: Freeze ice cream attachment for 24 hours prior to making. Drain Greek yogurt overnight for better texture. Before beginning, mix oat flour, xanthan gum, and milk. Process: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, milk mixture, maple syrup, allulose syrup, vanilla extract, cooled espresso, and cocoa powder. Once combined, pour into prepped ice cream machine. Once almost finished, incorporate chocolate. Once incorporated, remove from machine and store in glass container or bread pan.
