0.5 headnapa cabbage
0.5 headgreen cabbage
0.5 headbok choy
1 cansliced water chestnuts
1 cancanned bamboo shoots
8 ozhoney roasted cashews
8 ozsliced almonds
sesame seeds
to add before serving
2 lbchicken tenders
Optional breaded and fried
sesame oil
for cooking chicken
teriyaki sauce
for cooking chicken

Dressing
Step 1
Crush the ramen noodles in the packets, smallish, you'll want a few smaller chunks, dump them in to a large bowl with a lid, set aside for a few minutes.
Step 2
remove the seasoning packets from the ramen once opened and reserve those for the dressing
Step 3
add vegtable and sesame oils, ramen packets, sugar, teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar to a blender, blend until well combinded
Step 4
pour over noodles, mix well and cover. Set aside for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Salad
Step 5
while the ramen is soaking, slice the chicken and saute in sesame oil and teriyaki sauce. Set aside

Chop cabbages and bok choy medium small
Step 7
chop the onions fairly small
Step 8
chop remaining ingredients to your preferences
Step 9
mix all salad vegetables in VERY large bowl.
Step 10
pour dressing over salad and mix well
Step 11
add remaining ingredients; nuts, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, chicken and mix again
Step 12
