Peeled and chopped into chunks

400gCan of Chickpeas
Drained and rinsed

400gCan of Coconut Milk
I used reduced fat, either type is fine

400gCan of Tomatoes

1onion
peeled and chopped

150gcrunchy peanut butter

3 ClovesGarlic
Peeled and chopped

3 tspground ginger

3 tspground cumin

1 tspGround Coriander
Optional

½ tspChilli Flakes
Optional

3 Tbsptomato puree
Instructions
Step 1
Put all of the ingredients into the slow cooker and stir well.
Step 2
Cook on HIGH for 4 HOURS or LOW for 6 HOURS.
Step 3
Stir well and serve.
