Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°.
Step 2
Pull out pie crust to warm up on the stove top. (15-30 minutes)
Step 3
Cook spinach according to package directions.
Step 4
While spinach is cooking, crack 8 eggs into a large mixing bowl. Add milk and beat together.
Step 5
Cut up cheese sticks into bite-sized pieces. Add cheese bites, cooked spinach, and shredded cheddar to the bowl; mix together.
Step 6
Carefully place pie crust into pie plate, fluting the edges. Place on a small cookie sheet, for baking. Pour egg mixture into pie crust.
Step 7
Cover the edges of the pie crust, to keep them from burning. (Aluminum foil works, as well as a pie crust shield.)
Step 8
Bake for 35 minutes. Remove pie crust shield, then bake for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
