Carne asada tacos
This meal will have you looking for leftovers. This classic dish is great for any night of the week and can be modified to fit your individual spice preferences. Add more or less jalapeños and hot sauce to achieve your maximum flavor.

Instructions
Step 1
Place meat in resealable bag or shallow Tupperware dish
Step 2
Add all ingredients and marinate for 1 hour up to 24 hours depending on cut of meat and preference
Step 3
Pour meat and all ingredients into pan and simmer on medium/low heat until cooked
Step 4
Remove meat from pan and slice
Step 5
Return meat to pan and mix in sauce left in pan keeping covered and off heat or on low heat until ready to add to tacos
Step 6
Add canola oil to small pan and heat. Once heated put 1 small corn tortilla at a time into pan and slightly cook on both sides of tortilla
Step 7
Once tortillas are done, add meat, cheese and all preferred toppings
Step 8
Top with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
