Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Step 2
Combine the rolled oats, mixed seeds, pecan nuts and coconut chips in a large bowl.
Step 3
Stir together the apple sauce, coconut oil, honey and salt in a separate bowl then pour over the dry ingredients and toss to coat.
Step 4
Tip everything into a large roasting Troy then pat down to form an even layer
Step 5
Bake for 20-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crisp.
Step 6
Remove from the oven, stir through the dried fruit and leave to cool.
