Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tops off of bell peppers, remove the seeds and wash. Let them dry
Step 2
Cook onion and garlic in olive oil. Add ground beef, salt and pepper, and oregano, and cook until the meat is brown.
Step 3
Add tomato sauce and cauliflower rice, and add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 2 minutes Divide the stuffing between the 4 bell peppers.
Step 4
Place in a baking pan and cover with foil. Bake for about 45-55 minutes
