Instructions

Step 1
Slice in half a baked potato and scoop out the inside
Step 2
Leave enough potato around the edges so that it holds together
Step 3
Combine potato with sauce, cheese, pepperoni and chilli.
Step 4
Fill the potato with the mixture
Step 5
Top with mozzarella
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180*C or an airfyer for 8 minutes at 200*C
