fermented, add 1 more tbsp for spicier mapo tofu
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspcooking wine
shaoxing wine preferred
1 tspsugar
1 cupbroth
i used beef broth
½ tspblack vinegar
1 Tbspwater
1 tspcornstarch
