Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Mash bananas smooth. Combine all ingredients except oats and coconut shreds. Mix well. Stir in oats and coconut until just mixed in. Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. Cookies do not spread or grow so place them exactly how you want, as many as you want on one baking sheet. I like the thinner cookies better so they aren’t gooey in the middle. Makes 18 cookies. Bake for 12-13 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for a better cookie.
