Step 1
Grease bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Cover bottom of dish with bread. Fry and drain sausage, sprinkle over bread. Add cheese. Beet, eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper, and pour over mixture. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350°, bake 45 minutes. Serves 10.
