Instructions

Step 1
Do up the rice
Step 2
Julien carrots, peel into thick strips. Do em up in some veggie oil. Salt to taste, set aside.
Step 3
Scramble the egg & pour into same pan. Try to keep flat like an omelet. Flip. Scoop out. Cut into strips. Salt to taste.
Step 4
Pat dry the salmon, check for bones. Ideally get it out earlier and let it come to room temp. Generously season with salt & pepper. Do it in the same pan, scale side down first.
Step 5
Place nori on mat. Spread rice over half the nori. Lay egg strips, carrot, etc in there. Then roll.
Step 6
Throw some more sesame oil on your fingers and rub over nori.
Step 7
cut into pieces (wash dry the knife to avoid sticking to rice, sharp knife ideal, reform with mat after cutting)
