Instructions

Step 1
Finely dice or smash your spam into small pieces.

On medium heated pan, lightly fry your smashed spam. Transfer to a plate.

In a bowl, whisk an egg with a pinch of salt.

On medium heat, drizzle oil and cook the egg mixture. Gently smash egg with a spatula while its cooking.

Add the egg with the spam. Squeeze 2 Tbsp of mayo, and mix.

Get cooked rice and add 1 Tbsp of sesame oil and mix.

With gloves on, start off with a handful of rice, then stack the spam and egg mixture in between and cover with more rice.
Step 8
Once that's done, in a plastic bag, add a packet of gim (roasted seaweed) and scrunch up until the seaweed is smashed.
