Step 1

1. Preheat over to 425 2. Spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray ( I mean really spray them down, think firehouse in a wet tee-shirt contest) 3. Melt chocolate and butter on the stove top. 4. Once melted add the vanilla. 5. Mix in sugar 6. Take off heat and add in eggs. Mix until well blended. 7. Add in flour blend until no clumps. 8. Place ramekins on a cookie sheet and pour mixture evenly into each ramekin. 9. Bake 8 minutes. Serve immediately with ice cream.
