Garlicky Baked Tofu

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake tofu on prepared baking sheet for ~30 min, or until it starts to get crispy. Toss tofu halfway through baking.
Step 3
While the tofu bakes, make your sauce. Combine the garlic, soy sauce, onion powder, sweetener and sriracha. Heat in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Prepare quinoa and heat edamame.
Step 5
Serve tofu over quinoa and broccoli, drizzled with sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
