Instructions

Step 1
Begin by placing the onion, garlic cloves, tomatoes, red pepper, and fresh parsley in a food processor. Blend until the mixture achieves a thin consistency.
Step 2
Add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, and 1 tbsp tomato paste to the blended mixture. Blend once again until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 3
Introduce the minced meat into the mixture and blend until the meat is thoroughly incorporated. I'm using a mix of 60% pork and 40% beef minced meat, but if you prefer only beef, make sure it has enough fat.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and position a round tray upside down in the middle rack.
Step 5
Lay one lavash sheet on baking paper and evenly spread 3 tablespoons of the prepared mixture over it using a fork.
Step 6
Carefully lift the baking paper from both sides and place it over the preheated tray in the oven. Bake for 8 minutes until the lahmacun meat is cooked.
Step 7
Once baked, transfer the lahmacun to a large dish and cover it with a towel for 5 minutes. This allows the lavash to become soft and pliable, making it easier to roll up.
Step 8
Serve your delicious lahmacun with a side of lemon wedges or mayonnaise for a delightful dining experience.
