Skinny Creamy Tuscan Chicken

This was great! I'd rate it an 8 out of 10. I would recommend adding something like corn starch to thicken up the sauce because ours didn't get very thick. I will add this one to our regular rotation of best dinners!

It is delicious!!!!! But just a warning, your burps will smell TERRIBLE after eating this so make sure you're home with no plans of going out when you eat this!!! Hahah prolly the garlic. But I love the flavor of this sauce!!! I never had a sauce like this! I added extra garlic also. And I overcooked the chicken so it was dry hahaha

Used a small 165ml tin of lite coconut milk and didn't need extra milk.

Tastiest meal I’ve had in a while. A different way to have chicken.
