Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 C)
Step 2
Add all the ingredients but the chocolate chips to a blender (or mash the banana and whisk all together)
Step 3
Transfer to an oven-safe dish, add the peanut butter to the centre and top with chocolate chips and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
