Instructions
Step 1
Form the meatballs In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 2 tablespoons water. Set aside, 1 minute. After 1 minute, add ground pork, cheese, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper to mixing bowl with panko and stir to combine. Form into 8 equally - sized meatballs.
Step 2
Cook the meatballs Spray a medium non stick pan with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add meatballs to hot pan. Roll occasionally until browned all over and meatballs reach minimum temperature 160゚, 10 - 14 minutes.
