Instructions

Step 1
1. Remove seeds and stems from peppers. 2. Soak peppers in boiling water for 5-10 minutes until rehydrated. 3. Chop onion and garlic. 4. Sauté onion, garlic and peanuts in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. 5. Add sesame seeds and sauté an additional 2 minutes. 6. Combine rehydrated peppers with sautéed ingredients in food processor or blender. Add salt. Chop for 1 minute an add chicken stock as needed. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
