Heart of Palm Mexican Rice

After being introduced to Hearts of Palm by Serious Keto on YouTube, I found a recipe that called for the use of Cauliflower rice and they said you could substitute rice of palm if you wanted. Instructions

Step 1
Pour Heart of Palm Brown Rice into Heated pan Medium High Heat. ** If you do not mind a little extra fat than you can add a tablespoon of avocado oil or oil of your choice and heat the oil prior to adding rice**.
Step 2
Add Bouillon, Chili powder, garlic powder, and ground cumin then mix until all incorporated around the rice.
Step 3
Add chicken stock and stir. let simmer till chicken stock cooks down.
Step 4
Once the chicken stock is cooked down to no more liquid, add pico de gallo and mix.
Step 5
If needed, add salt and Pepper to taste
Step 6
Serve immediatel
