Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all seasonings together. Cut onion, bell peppers and chicken into strips. Put into casserole dish. Sprinkle seasoning over veggies and chicken. Drizzle oil over the top, and mix with hands until its all well coated. Put in oven for 35-50 minutes, stirring halfway through. Squeeze lime over top when out of the oven. Serve on tortillas and add additional toppings
