**Multi-grain Granola - based on Cooking Light

Based on recipe “Three-Grain Granola” from Cooking Light Jan/Feb 2005, p.106. You can also add other grains (quinoa, wheat or oat bran, etc.) as well as alter the mix of sweeteners (consider molasses as well) - you just want the ratio of dry-to-wet ingredients about the same.

Instructions

Step 1
Add syrup mixture to dry ingredients.
Step 2
Stir well to coat.
Step 3
Spread mixture evenly onto a jelly-roll pan lightly coated with vegetable oil (cooking spray).
Step 4
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until browned, stirring every 10 minutes.
Step 5
When finished, stir in ~7 ounces of dried fruit
