Instructions

Step 1
Place rhubarb and orange juice in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to the boil. Cover and cook for 3 minutes or until soft.
Step 2
Stir in berries, cover and remove from heat. Set aside to cool.
Step 3
Place rhubarb mixture in a glass or bowl. Top with yoghurt and muesli to serve.
