Step 1
Put the porridge oats in a large pan. Add the milk, water, and ground cinnamon, stir well, then put over a medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously, until thick and creamy.
Step 2
Stir the grated pear into the porridge. Toss the sliced pear with lemon juice. Divide the porridge between 4 bowls and top with the sliced pear, Greek yoghurt, and a sprinkling of cinnamon
