Ingredients: 1/2 yellow onion cut into chunks; 1/2 red bell pepper cut into chunks; 1/2 green bell pepper cut into chunks; 2 green onions cut into thirds; 1 big handful of flat leaf Italian parsley; 6-7 cloves garlic; 2 small pieces of ginger( about the size of one garlic clove); 1/4 cup olive oil , add more if needed; 2 Tbsp distilled white vinegar 4 Tbsp if you like the acidity in your food; 1 scotch bonnet pepper ( optional); 1 chicken bouillon cube or adjust to taste; Black pepper to taste; Salt to taste; Juice of 1 lime

Add everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings if needed. Taste and store in your fridge to use when needed. Can last up to 7-10 days.
