2 piecesginger
about the size of one garlic clove
¼ cupolive oil
add more if needed
2 Tbspdistilled white vinegar
4 Tbsp if you like the acidity in your food
1scotch bonnet pepper
optional
1chicken bouillon cube
or adjust to taste
black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
1juice of lime
Instructions
Step 1
Add everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings if needed. Taste and store in your fridge to use when needed. Can last up to 7-10 days.
