Step 1
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the noodles following pack instructions.
Step 2
2 Meanwhile, pan-fry the broccoli in 1 tbsp sesame oil for a couple of minutes over a high heat, then add the crushed garlic and chilli flakes. Fry for a further minute or two, then add the golden syrup, soy sauce, the remaining 1 tbsp of sesame oil, a squeeze of lime juice, some cracked black pepper, and 1 tbsp of the cooking water from the noodles.
Step 3
Simmer for a couple of minutes, then drain the noodles, add to the pan, stir and serve.
