1 tablespoonolive oil

1yellow onion
medium, diced

2garlic cloves
minced

2 x 14.5 ouncecans crushed tomatoes
2 x 15 ouncecans reduced-sodium black beans
drained and rinsed

1 x 15 ouncecan reduced-sodium kidney beans
drained and rinsed

1 x 15 ouncecan reduced-sodium cannellini beans
drained and rinsed

1 ¾ cupslow-sodium vegetable broth

1 tablespoonchili powder

1 tablespoonground cumin

2 teaspoonsworcestershire sauce

½ teaspoonsalt

¼ teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Saute the onion and garlic over medium heat until the onions are translucent, 3-7 minutes.
Step 2
Add onion mixture to the slow cooker along with the crushed tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, cannellini beans, vegetable broth, chili powder, cumin, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Cook in an Instant Pot on high for 13 minutes and then do a natural release or wait 13 minutes.
