Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut onion & veggies into bite sized pieces and either tear or cut up tofu as well
2. Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl (from powdered peanut butter) 3. Fry onion and garlic in a large frying pan until translucent 4. Add tofu and fry until golden before adding vegetables and cooking until soft
5. Cook rice according to package instructions and divide into 4 servings
6. Add sauce to tofu and veggies and combine well
