Instructions

Step 1
Add beef bones and oxtail to Instant pot. Pour fresh water and add onion, ginger, rock sugar, and spice bag.
Step 2
Add some fish sauce and salt and pressure cook for 45 minutes. If you don’t have a pressure cooker you can simmer the beef for 6-7 hr to tenderize the meat and get the most flavor from bones.
Step 3
Serve with rice noodles, sliced beef, beef balls and oxtail.
Step 4
Garnish with cilantro, green onions and bean sprouts.
